Is this a phone call or a chatbot?

A real voice conversation. Respondents can join via phone, web call, or a deep link from email/SMS. The audio is two-way: NextEVI speaks naturally, listens, and follows up.

How is this different from a survey tool?

A survey is a fixed form. NextEVI is an adaptive conversation that re-routes based on what the respondent says. Completion rates run 30–50% higher than equivalent surveys, and the qualitative depth is closer to a human-moderated interview.

Can it handle our specific industry vocabulary?

Yes. You can supply a glossary, prompts, and reference documents in the discovery guide. NextEVI uses them to keep the conversation precise.

What about consent and recording?

Every interview opens with a consent prompt and a brief explanation of how the recording will be used. PII can be auto-redacted from the transcript. Data residency is configurable per region.

Where do the insights go?
