    • Refunds are applicable if a developer provided by RemoteEngine is unable to perform or join your project.
    • Eligibility for a refund is determined based on the following conditions:
      • The developer is unable to perform the agreed-upon tasks despite reasonable efforts.
      • The developer is unable to join your project within the agreed-upon timeframe.
    • Refunds will be processed within 7 days of the request, subject to meeting the eligibility criteria.
  2. Refund Process:

    • Provide detailed information regarding the issue and reasons for requesting a refund.
    • Our team will review your request and determine eligibility based on the refund policy.
    • If eligible, the refund will be initiated within 7 days of approval, using the original payment method.
  3. Replacement Option
    • If a refund is requested after the 7-day period or if the refund request does not meet the eligibility criteria, you may be eligible for a replacement developer.
    • RemoteEngine will provide a replacement developer with similar qualifications and skills to fulfill your project requirements.
  4. Non-Refundable Fees
    • Certain fees, such as setup fees or administrative charges, are non-refundable.
    • Refunds are issued only for the developer's subscription fees and exclude any non-refundable fees.
  5. Customer Obligations
    • It is the customer's responsibility to provide clear project requirements and expectations to ensure successful engagement with the developer.
    • Failure to provide necessary information or support may impact the developer's ability to perform effectively and may affect refund eligibility.
  6. Dispute Resolution
    • In case of disputes regarding refund eligibility or any other related matters, RemoteEngine will strive to resolve the issue through mutual discussion and agreement.
  7. Changes to the Refund Policy
    • RemoteEngine reserves the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice.
